2011 Anchor Golf League!

 Who:                Open to Anchor employees, retirees, and immediate family!

 What:               Golf league.  Two people to a team.  All players play 9 and ride.

 When:              Monday afternoons beginning in Mid May.  First day of play is Monday, May 16^th.  Play anytime Monday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:20 p.m.  All play must be on Monday and you must be teed off no later than 4:20 p.m as we have another league right behind this one.

 Where:            Winchester Golf Club (rotate 9 hole courses each week)

 Why:                An organized league designed just for Anchor families.

 Cost:                A small entry fee of $30 per person for the prize fund.  Golf fees apply each week and will be discounted a little.  WGC members will only have to pay cart fees.  Non WGC members pay $15 each week and WGC members pay $8 each week for the cart.  There is a one time $5 fee for substitutes (scoring fee).

This is an informative flyer designed to generate interest.  We need at least 20-24 people to make this work.  Actual sign up sheets will be posted.  See Mike Monk or Kenny McCoy for more information.

All play will be on Mondays.  THIS IS A MONDAY LEAGUE.  If you are on 2^nd shift, play Monday before work.  No pre-play other than on Monday mornings!  Teams will be responsible for finding their own sub.  Subs pay the cart and green fee and have a one time $5 scoring fee.

This league will score against other teams.  You play every team every night.  Because of that, all players must play on Monday when the course is set up the same.

NEW FOR THIS YEAR – Each team must play with another team to verify each team’s score. We must have an even number of teams that sign up this year. Teams must exchange scorecards before play.
